Established in 2012, we offer a bespoke catering service across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds to suit every client's requirements.
Put simply, all of us here at BIRCH have an obsession with food and drink! Our menus reflect our eclectic experience, most of which was gained in the high quality surroundings of Calcot Manor and Williams Kitchen.
From small buffets to formal seated dining, we offer an exclusive catering service. We can organise everything for you, so the only decision you have to make is what to wear. Every event we cater for is bespoke, and if you have something a little different in mind we will rise to the challenge.
The aim from the start was to create bespoke menus using the finest ingredients, mainly locally sourced and always lovingly prepared. Fine food is a passion for the whole team, who have gathered over fifty years of experience between them.
